This way Biz Dev seeks to create long-term value: for the company and its external customers. This is to help develop global expansion of partners (external customers) or to set up independent productions in which opportunities exist all over the world.
Consultancy
Consultancy or organisational development can include the supportive or total management development of prefabricated production units for partners or customers all over the world. Today, SOCEA has a management and production team that can offer support in a completely flexible way from the location or from Antwerp.
This can be in the field of technology, purchase of machines and mills, product development, services, leadership development, improvement of efficiency, quality and flexibility and marketing.
